A common concern concerns the actual need to insure a shipment or not . Despite the safety offered by professional packaging, every shipment is subject to risks beyond human control.

Although the percentage of damages is very limited (annual average of 4% of the total services provided), Franzosini  offers its customers  protection against eventualities, so that they can be reimbursed in case of damage, theft, fire etc. … Thanks to international partners with over 100 years of experience, we offer two main insurance solutions to satisfy not only your needs but also cost friendly :

“First absolute risk”, ie the classic theft / fire insurance, less expensive  and more suitable for shipments packed by the customer or new goods already packed.

” All risks “, against all risks: damage, theft, fire, etc. it is the most suitable insurance to fully cover your move. You are entitled to compensation if requesting an insurance coverage keeping in mind that the insurance companies agree to compensate only the removals for which both the original packaging and the unpacking on delivery have been carried out by professional removals. Customers are free to proceed independently without requesting coverage,   however, insurance companies in this case may will not cover the risks or actions of recourse.

The appliance detachments (with the exception of boilers, water heaters and air conditioners) and of the chandeliers (except in particular cases)  do not fall under normal removal services.  The connection of the electrical and or plumbing necessities of your appliances is not part of the standard package of services regulated by the intervention of certified professionals.  (electrician or plumber)  Nevertheless, thanks to our global network, we have worldwide access to trusted specialists to whom we can rely on for these and other services, such as whitewashing and the transportation and handling of pianos.

Payment terms are specified within each quotation .  Payment conditions may vary according to the type of move depending if private individual or by a corporate account. Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer.
