Archives / Document Storage – Management and custody
Classification
Classification of all documents (binders, folders, etc.) and arranging them accordingly on suitable supports.
Transfer
Transfer of archive material, taking charge and placing the documents entrusted to us in our storage facilities. The transfer phase does not imply suspension of the service of returning documents requested for consultation. The archive material is collected inside our specially designed document boxes and arranged on special supports (pallets, light racks, heavy racks, etc.)
Access
Access to stored information by providing the classification file.
Research
Search for the requested document units and their subsequent relocation.
Ordinary deliveries
Ordinary deliveries of documents are recalled from the archive for consultation and subsequent collection.
Extraordinary deliveries
Extraordinary deliveries, which, for urgent reasons, become necessary.
Document deliveries
Delivery of documents to your (duly authorized) representatives at our hyper-archive.
Direct consultation
Direct consultation of documents in comfortable lounges, located in our warehouses, for cases where it is necessary to carry out large searches and therefore consult a large quantity of documents.
Pulp documents
We will shred documents deemed obsolete with your permission or automatically, if requested.
Additional documents
Periodic collection of additional documents.
Specialized personnel
The supply of specialized personnel for any services of reorganization of documentary material, both from a physical and logical point of view.
